How we grade
"Ceremonial," "premium," and "culinary" are trade terms, not a regulated standard — the same label can mean different things across suppliers. We spec matcha by cultivar, harvest timing, particle size, and your intended process, then confirm the fit with a sample before any production order.
Ceremonial
Fine particle size and a delicate flavor profile, whisked and drunk straight. Best suited to premium bowl service or small-batch positioning where that character is the point.
Premium
Balances flavor and cost for milk-based drinks — the common choice for latte and beverage programs at volume.
Culinary
Selected for color stability and performance under heat, sugar, and fat — built for baking, confectionery, and manufactured products.

Quotation
Once a sample is approved, we issue a formal quotation covering pricing, Incoterms, and lead time.

Contract & shipment
We finalize terms, confirm the production lot, and manage export documentation through to delivery.
